Dr. Sandra started her career with families in 1997 as she managed before and after school childcare for working families. As she continued her education, she stayed in the field of direct service to promote the well-being of children and families. Now with a doctorate from Walden University specializing in family studies and interventions, she is highly committed to programs and services that improve the quality of life of children and families.
As a bilingual practitioner raised with strong traditional Mexican values, Dr. Sandra's clinical practice is based in attachment theory which fosters an unconditional non-judgmental approach. She focuses on integrating wisdom from the client’s heritage, lost traditions and spiritual practices, and natural remedies. Her current availability is limited due to the administrative demands of the practice.
